Codara Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Codara's services ("Service"), a SaaS application leveraging GPT AI technology to review code. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
Use of Service
Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using your email address through AWS Cognito. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, complete, and current. Codara is not responsible for any issues or liabilities related to inaccurate account information.
User Conduct
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and agree to use the Service legally and ethically. You shall not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe on the rights of others.
Data Collection and Use
Your privacy is important to us. Codara collects and uses your information only as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Codara and its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software, without express written permission from Codara.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will Codara, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
